I would assume because of the schedule and the amount of tougher defenses they play this year. chiefs x2, seahawks, cardinals, rams, niners, jets, pats, dolphins, bills, bengals. All those teams should have good defenses. Obviously they are going to win some of those games easily but can Peyton get through all of those games injury free?
He could have a totally different explanation though I was just speculating.

NFC North and the NFC South are both improving a great deal it feels like.
I think the Seahawks are the clear favorites and the other 3 have a lot of concerns to me heading into the season based upon what the division looked like one year ago.

1. I don't think Peyton will run over teams like he did last year.
2. They might win ONE game against the NFC west
3. Teams that lose the Super Bowl normally have a tough time the next season.
