Cant say that RG3 is done but i am 100% confident well never see the "baylor rg3" and thats a damn shame.

Cousins has to lead the team to at least a .500 record and have a 2/1 TD/INT ratio (assuming RG3 is done for the year) for there to be any sort of QB competition OR for Griffin to lose his job starting next season. A lot has to happen going forward. Too early to know.

Let's say Griffin is out for the year, Washington goes 6-10, who starts next year or do they draft a QB?

If they finish 6-10, it's Griffin's job. They won't draft a QB until 2016, assuming Griffin 1) continues to not keep his health, or 2) underperforms.

That's pretty much the bottom line...I can already see the DC media making Bledsoe/Brady comparisons this week.

GB and Washington is a bad comparison.

There's been rumors of coaches and players in the locker room being tired of Griffin. Calling him a bad leader and only about himself. I live about 8 miles from DC, I've seen plenty of fans turn their back on him.

Rumors...exactly. I put zero stock into those...especially on the heels of some of those "sources" being Mike Shanahan last year. On the flip, there have been players dispelling those claims for the longest.
