Ricky watters had the same.  Probably why they both wear the shield on their helmets.  But in seriousness I don't think so.  I think fielding the media on a mandatory basis can get tiring and Lynch decided to pick a fight w/ NFL policy.   He knows sticking out like a sore thumb does him more harm than good.  But it's looking foolish and stupid.
