Tuck and that front 4 would like to have a talk with you.

THEYRE the reason.

True. That front 4 was a force to be reckoned with. I definitely have much respect for Eli & the Giants for taking down the Patriots, not once, but twice, especially during spy gate. Eli shows up like Joe Flacco shows up in the post season.

I thought that I had seen Lindsley made the All Rookie team... Must be a second team that they also put out?

Eli Manning stats both SB runs:

2007

4gms:  854yds 6 touchdowns and 1int 95.7 qb rating.

2011

4gms:  1219yds 9 touchdowns and 1 int  103.3 qb ratings.

NYG Defense in 2011 playoffs

vs Falcons  2 sacks, 5 tackles for loss, 6 PD, 7 Qb hits

vs Packers 4 sacks,  4 TFL, 8 PD,  5 Qb hits 3 fumble rec, 1int

vs 49ers 3 sacks,  5 TFL,  5 PD, 6 qb hits 2 fumble rec

vs Patriots 2 sacks,  5 TFL, 7 PD, 8 qb hits 1int

In Total: 11 sacks 19 TFL, 26 PD, 26 Qb hits, 2int 5 fumble rec

Packers Defense 2012 playoff run to compare

vs Eagles 3 sacks, 3 TFL, 3 PD, 3 QB hits,  1 int

vs Falcons 5 sacks, 6 TFL, 2 PD, 6 QB hits, 2int (1 for a pick six)2 fumble recoveries

vs Bears 2 sacks,  4 TFL, 3 PD, 6 Qb hits, 3int

vs Steelers 1 sack,  5 TFL, 5 PD, 5 Qb hits, 1int for a pick six, 1 fum

In Total 11 sacks, 18 TFL, 13 PD, 20 Qb hits, 7int and 2 pick six, 3 fumbles rec

I know this doesn't show it all but I don't see many people trying to dis-credit Aaron Rodgers for his SB run. Most teams that win the SB have to have their defense show out to win.

The #******** have hired former #Cowboys OC and offensive line coach Bill Callahan to very lucrative three-year contract.

:hat

Why should an established vet have to do this?

Doesn't make any sense.

NFL trying to squeeze more money and face time.

dont care , they arent squeezing any more money out of me . im locked in to this **** 8o

There's no need for a veteran combine

Most street free agents do combine like workouts when they visit teams, depending on the team

Other than the DBs that's a very impressive group.

Good idea for the Free Agent Combine.

Could help find an under the radar player, or someone can prove they're not washed and deserves a job in the league.

Eli manning is a below average Qb.

probably the most outlandish crap i have ever read around here.

you can accuse eli of being many things, but by no way in hell is he below average.

feels good to know that the road to Eli's 2 rings involved a Cowboys' beat down

Andy Dalton not expected to face competition at QB

Four years into his pro career, Andy Dalton is already tied for the second-most "one-and-done" playoff appearances (4) in NFL history.

Even after coach Marvin Lewis expressed support for his embattled signal-caller, it's fair to wonder if the Cincinnati Bengals will bring in competition via the draft or free agency.

Don't count it.

Geoff Hobson of the team's official website forewarned fans not to expect any quarterback to be drafted this year, much less devoting an early-round pick to the position.

Hobson believes the quarterback room will be populated by the same three players in 2015, as impending free agent backup Jason Campbell is a favorite of offensive coordinator Hue Jackson. The coaches also like what they saw out of developmental quarterback A.J. McCarron, who finally got over a shoulder injury in the final month of the season.

Just as he did last offseason, Jackson is standing firmly in the corner of quarterback now sporting a 3-11 record in primetime and playoff games.

"He's our guy and we're not going to shy away from that," Jackson said, via Hobson. "He was better with the intangibles this year and the ball was better coming out of his hand. You could see that right away when he came back from the last offseason."

Dalton gets a pass from us for his latest postseason washout, as the offense was missing four of the top six pass-catchers in A.J. Green, Marvin Jones, Tyler Eifert and Jermaine Gresham.

With the first three of that quartet expected back in stripes next season, Dalton is set up for a career year.

He's also in line to become the first quarterback ever to begin his career with five consecutive playoff losses.

The skins are finally putting together some good building blocks.

Gotta give credit where it's due, this is nothing like a typical offseason I'm DC, and that's why I think it'll work out in their favor for once.

Callahan was a good hire. Dude couldn't wait to get out of Dallas. Lol.

Good move. He should do wonders with your OL, he's the reason our line had a great season.

Wish we could've brought him back but Bill seemed very upset about not being able to interview with the Browns last season, along with Linehan getting all the offensive props this season the writing was on the wall.

21-17 a beat down? Let's not exaggerate now.

I can't hate on Eli because when it mattered he stepped up

he beat an undefeated Pats juggernaut and another Pats team that was way more talented, he's the reason Brady isn't the consensus clear cut GOAT to some
Wut? The 2011 Patriots?

Not so fast, chief. They had freakin' Julian Edelman playing CB on Anquan Boldin in the previous game.

Dominant during those runs.

A single player in this sport does not carry a team all the way to a Superbowl win. Yes, not even the QB. Collective effort > individual performance.
