Hey now, aldon did his suspension :lol

Only assault he's going to be doing is on Russell Wilson next Thursday night after he sacks him a few times.

Josh Brent coming back though smh. I can't get down with that. Leonard Little back in the day doing something similar as well smh.

Werder saying AP can play this Sunday while he appeals?

so because he was beaten as a child it's ok for him to tenderize his own 4 year old? we're not talking about a light patting on the back side to say hey don't do that, we're talking about a man tenderizing his flesh and blood. you don't leave welts and bruises on a child's backside. that my friends is abuse and deserves imprisoning.

Where did i say it was ok?

I didn't.

What he did was wrong he clearly ****** up, but people make mistakes.

I just think dude should be allowed to play football. He's already missed the 6 games he should for a 1st offense, make him pay back the cash, The End.

Oh right he didn't mean to hit his 4 year old kid's scrotum when he was whipping him naked with leaves in his mouth...  That's cool then.

Fail to see about how anything else you said is relevant to Adrian Peterson at all.  You know Hitler killed 6 million jews?  So AP should get off.

Yea I'm sure you failed to see what me bringing up instances of the NFL not giving a **** about doing the right thing have to do with them pretending to care about that now.

Makes sense. :rolleyes

I highly doubt the Vikings will let him play.

Now if this was 2012 and they were 6-4 or 7-3 and in a wild card race or in the NFC north race instead of 4-6, perhaps the Vikings say screw it and activate him :lol

if josh gordon could miss what 15 games for smoking weed these past 2 years, AP needs to sit out the whole year for tenderizing his child

Let me rephrase by saying he said its "very possible"

Nothing concrete though

I also wonder if it's even worth it for the Vikings as well

if they were in a playoff race I could def. see it but it would probably just be one big distraction if they suited him up assuming he was allowed to play during the appeal

I believe AP was paid through the past months so his ability to make a living wasn't compromised. As far as other cases, they don't necessarily have relevance on this one and many of those were handled pretty harshly by the NFL. It's not like this is the first suspension under the conduct policy

i have no problem with AP coming back next year if thats the decision since they let ray lewis and mike vick back in the league, but this dude needs to sit out the whole year and deal with what he did.

Bottom line is the courts didn't charge him, so that's what we have to base this off of. Hopefully he learns from this.

But the NFL rules independently from the courts, they've showed time after time that they will do what they feel is right, regardless of the legal system

So they did the wrong thing before that means they should do the wrong thing again.

Makes sense.
