Davis followed, “grabbed a handful of dirt and flowers from the hanging plant box and threw them at her,” the report says.

The description:

Police said Davis lives in Leesburg and is described as being about 6 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 250 pounds, though rosters list him as 6-foot-4.

Law means nothing though to the NFL. Guys are suspended when not even charged. Roger made it clear their conduct policy is independent.

When a first time offender gets busted for failing a piss test - due to drugs - he gets 4 games. Ray Rice gets 2...what kind of laws do the NFL go by when coming down with their sanctions? What rule book / guidelines do they follow?

It's like they are playing rock paper scissors for suspensions
