edit: one of them dts came with a 7-9 record didn't it? think they won a playoff game that year but still; that would be **** I'd try to make people forget about.

How else do you measure divisional/conference success though if you're going in a twelve year span? Playoff appearances would be the foundation I'd imagine.

not talking about measuring divisional success; was talking about bragging about being mediocre which is what that seemed like to me. who the hell cares about winning a division title at 7-9 when youre the reigning super bowl champion? 

fans don't even know what to brag about.....

maybe i'm salty cause the 9ers keep coming up short, but I know if they win this year, I won't give a **** about a division title we won 2 years ago.

I know the 3/4 of the NFC east has over a 40 or 50 years of rivalry but that division would be nasty, and fun. The trash talk would never end.
