oh and so did fantastic four.... didn't even knew they started filming... no one even bother to show any leaked pics/footage for it :lol

x-men first class, while still the best x-men movie to date..

should have just been magneto origins (so focus solely on the magneto stuff with fassbender).. or as ive stated many times, a true x-men first class with the first class.. either or

Only pic leaked from F4 was the Thing pic and nobody gave a single damb :lol

Eh, I am not looking forward to the F4 film nor am I excited for it but I think people are jumping the gun.

I agree that they should have had an SDCC presence but I can see why they would avoid it altogether considering all the crap Fox gets (yeah they deserve it blah, blah, blah) for whatever they reveal. I mean look at DoFP, hell even I shatted when QS was revealed and he turned out to be the best part of the film. Every report on the film has had a negative feedback, from the found footage filming (which I believe is just a small part, not the whole film like Chronicle) and Mara speaking wrong about not basing it fromt he comics (she actually meant there isn't one comic she could read that has the story they are telling because they are pulling from different books).

With that said, it does feel like Fox is just making it so the right doesn't revert back but they did take a lot of risk with the casting, director and all, which could either be great or just flat out bad but if it turns out to be good I think they'll have a goldmine there.

I bet the the name for this FF film won't even be Fantastic Four :lol

It'll be "superhero family" loosely based on Marvel's Fantastic Four or something like that. Josh Trank doesn't know what he's doing

Word. It'll be like Double Dare back in the day where the other team has to come up with some ridiculous team name because the other team already took Fantastic Four :lol Probably call it Fanciful Family or something.

Yup. Josh track doesn't know what he's doing. He's so clueless that he wandered himself into directing the reboot of a comic movie franchise and a Star Wars movie after that

Mark Millar on the chance of completing the KickA** trilogy.

With "Kick-***," it was a no brainer. It was made for $28 million and made $100 million back and then made another $140 million on DVD. So for the money guys, it was a $28 million investment that made $240 million. That's a slam dunk. You're getting your sequel. The second one didn't make as much. It cost a little less at around $24 million, made $61 million and made about $100 million again on DVD and TV rights. It was still profitable. It was by no means "The Lone Ranger." But does that mean we'll make another one again? I don't know. It's definitely up in the air, and we'll just have to see. Matthew is a guy who I trust to make that decision. If he decides he does want to do it, I know he'll get it done well. And he's got the movie rights, so it's ultimately his decision. I speak to Matthew every day, and we haven't discussed "Kick-*** 3" so who knows? The option is always open.

John Romita Jr. on Jim Carrey.

"As for Jim Carrey, I know I'll never work with that bonehead again, so let me say this. I think Mark and I have talked about this before, but here's a guy who could have capitalized on the character he played and played it toward his anti-gun stance. The character he played gave up weapons -- gave up guns -- and became a good guy. Anybody with three quarters of an education could have figured out how to fold that idea in with their anti-gun ideas. He's not a smart enough guy to do that. He cashed his check and took his money, and then he went and pulled a bunch of crap on our film. I say "our film," because a lot of people worked on that. He made people suffer that had jobs and needed every dime from this. I'm not talking about Mark and I. I'm talking about people in the offices and people behind the camera that worked their butts off for this. He took money out of their pockets, and he should be ashamed of himself. I've always wanted to say that, and I'll stand on a chair and look him in the eye and tell him that's what I think."

KA2 wasn't as fun as the first one. I was disappointed by it. Glad they left out the rape scene though. jim carrey is definitely a douche for speaking against the movie.

Didnt they age up Hit-Girl in the comics in anticipation of a sequel. Wonder how many movies Chloe G Moretz is signed for. She is my favorite part of those movies. Wouldn't see a part 3 without her.

Marvel should just surprise us with a Thanos Rising movie that includes everything that happens pre-A3. Brolin was just talking about Thanos' relationship with Death and how his weakness is humanized and such, it would be great to see his whole story on the big screen and then see his behind the scene dealings this whole time.

Marvel might as well be the first to create the first villain-centric film, beat Sony to the punch.

a movie about a meditative, verbose, seemingly insane space alien who is in obsessed with the physical embodiment of death? :lol

yeah they are never doing that.

Loved the first Kick-*** and was highly anticipating the 2nd one but I was let down, it was barely watchable. I really don't care if they decide to make a 3rd one or not.

I agree Jim Carrey should have kept his mouth shut

I thought I was the only one who was disappointed in Kick-*** 2. I felt like I was watching one of those bad teen movies with all of the bullying, pranks, and sleepovers. Like they could of focused more on the people who decided to become heroes and villains.

thought it was a letdown as well.

hitgirl made the movie imo

I'm in the minority of people who liked KA2 as much as the first, but I also could care less about "finishing the trilogy."

Kick-*** 2 may as well have been Mean Girls 2. I still think they could redeem themselves if they made a third.

KA2 wasn't that bad at all. Just think they had a hard time adapting KA2 the comic in to a movie. Should've gave it some leeway to make it more rated R imo. It was good enough though.

Holy **** , I was so wrong about TMNT...it cleaned up at the box office. I was thinkin maybe a 40m opening weekend, but it's looking like 60+

KA2 just needs Vaughn back, you can just tell it wasn't the first one because it tried and looked forced trying to be like the first one. Kind of like the 300 sequel, it just doesn't quite work when another director tries to capture what the first one did.

And yeah I was hoping GotG beats TMNT but it looks like the turtles are finding it's audience and having that Tranformers effect.
