If you're worthy the hammer weighs the same as any hammer and the inscription states whoever is worthy and wields it gets the power of THOR not just the extra powers the hammer gives you. So you could be the frailest human ever but if you're worthy you'd become invulnerable, get super strength along with magic portals, summoning lightning, etc.New Thor can't be human w/o special powers though, right?
I know you don't need much strength to carry Mjolnir if you're worthy but Thor actually had super strength and invulnerability himself, Mjolnir does not provide him that. Thor also gets to fly by being pulled/carried by the hammer so a regular female would just break her arm off after a few flights, right? I haven't really kept up with Marvel mythos much the past few years (likely a decade by now) but it seems like the wielder of Mjolnir has to have more than a regular humans strength and invulnerability or else she'd just have to go against street thugs who wields nothing but knives. I know that's a reach but my question does make sense, right? At the end of the day Mjolnir is a weapon you wield, even the current Thors limitations comes from his own physicality and will along with being an Asgardian and the "madness" within him shall we say?
In continuity not really.Has anyone in the comics been able to lift the hammer out of pure strength without being worthy of it?
Never seen True Blood but I always approve of hot red heads
A normal person would just not be able to move if he rested it on them but if he dropped it they'd die. He wouldn't do that though He's done it to pin ppl who can take it though. So if Thor places the hammer on someone's chest and let's go shouldn't in crush that person?

Marvel continues to grow its cinematic universe, announcing release dates for five more films that remain shrouded in mystery.
Marvel will release movies on July 28, 2017 and Nov. 3, 2017; July 6, 2018 and Nov. 2, 2018; and May 3, 2019.
It remains unclear which Marvel titles these release dates pertain to, but in addition to some Marvel Phase Three sequels, possibilities include a “Black Widow” spinoff with Scarlett Johansson and “Black Panther.”
Scott Derrickson‘s “Doctor Strange” remains without a release date, though it is expected to be ready in time for one of Marvel's 2016 slots.
Disney will release Marvel's “Guardians of the Galaxy” on Aug. 1, and the film is on tracking to gross at least $60 million at the domestic box office during its opening weekend.

Announcing movies until 2019? This has to be fake.
I thought Guardians was a one time thing?
