I just like my comic book movies to look like a living comic book. Michael B. Jordan as human torch on the screen is something I wont be able to get over when watching the movie. A black Johnny Storm has this movie doing way too much already...

I guess you both are. Look I have no doubt in his talents, it's the one reason I wouldn't be too opposed to him being Johnny Storm just like I wasn't really too opposed to Kingsley being Mandarin (before we knew what they had planned fo rhim).

But to say he is the best? That is such a reach. You'd put him over Dicarprio, DDL, Denzel, Hanks, Clooney, Depp, etc...?

MBJ simply doesn't have enough work in his portfolio to be even considered or mentioned as one of the best.

But I believe it is, especially when familial relations is an integral part of a backstory, and ESPECIALLY when you're dealing with characters that have been around for 40+ years.

I got Infinity, he didn't do any issues of that. Other than that I'm still wondering what actually was sloppy work from him. I forgot about Inhumanity 1 and I'm not seeing it there either.

Only if Marvel made a deal with Sony for him to cameo.

The actors do have contracts and although he could show up in Spider-Man as somebody else he can't show up as Fury.

i blame marvel for all of this. marvel began over saturating the market then other studios began to follow suit in some kind of arms race. these movies should take at least 4 years to make. and they shouldn't be made right after. at least 1 1/2 year of script writing and casting.

You can't blame Marvel for being successful. They didn't over saturate the market, SONY and FOX were successful with Spidey and X-Men movies, Marvel wanted in and did their thing. They just happened to do it better and now all these other studios are scrambling.

If you brought those restrictions to any studio now they'd laugh you out the building. That's hundreds of millions and years being wasted.

What these studios simply need is good directors with a vision, good writers, and really good actors. Everything else should be fixed up in post production.
