Spidey reboot is faaaaarrrr from the worst, actually one of the better superhero movies...definately better than IM 2&3, better than OG Spidey 1&3, better than majority of xmen movies...I can name a handful of movies that it's better than.

C'mon though. I understand he represents the current generation better with the hipster look, but traditionally, I don't think he or the ASM movie in general had a good portrayal of Peter Parker.

No actually she wants a black widow movie but no one wants to make a female lead superhero movie becuase hollywood thinks they will do terribly. Same reason we are unlikely to see a Wonder Woman Movie. That's why Gal Gadot is a decent actress in their minds.

While I don't think the reboot so far is anything special I don't think it's DD bad, especially worse than DD or worse than Wolverine Origins or Last Stand or Green Lantern or Elektra or Ghost Rider or F4RSS.

I feel this sequel will be the real test to see if ASM has any legs as a franchise quality/story wise.

ASM is the second best spiderman movie so far and is better than all the x-men movies except First Class. The movie wasnt bad at all. Just a little slow and terrible CGI. ASM 2 looks like trash to me tho

I guess I'm in the minority here.



Not saying that Tobey was exponentially better either, but his first outing as Spiderman > Garfield's.


And I ain't see the Green Lantern movie so I can't speak on that.



But I'll concede that it wasn't Ghost Rider bad..........or Elektra bad.


It was DD bad though.

I've watched it twice and both times I was bored to tears.


Maybe I'll watch it to get a final opinion.
