New Report - Aaron Hernandez Molested as a Child - p. 167

I dont know how he can beat the case.

Other high profile murder cases like Ray Lewis or OJ had a reasonable doubt.

There really isn't a reasonable doubt in the Aaron Hernandez case

Either he did it himself or knew who did and tried to cover it up.

Doesn't sound like he did it himself which is why I think he will not do all that time.

Sounds like he was the setup guy aka prop maker (shout out to the unions) as far as providing rentals etc etc. He will snitch on everyone he used to coordinate these events n prob throw in some lame extortion excuse as to why he did it.

Some drug lord was probably using dude like big U in LA uses athletes/entertainers (desean jackson, Drag-On, etc etc) to further his crip movement.

Stay tuned...

Whole lot better than life my friend!

That nickel could easily turn into three.

You realize he doesn't need to be the trigger man to be convicted of 1st degree murder right?

Massachusetts has joint-venture statutes.

If he was present, aided/assisted/encouraged the crime, and knew the intent was to kill, that's joint venture. He's F'd.

Whats the least amount of time, you'd say he could possibly get?

I just guessed with 5 years

Depends what he's found guilty of. If the evidence holds up and he's convicted, he's going away for life without parole. Second degree is life with the possibility for parole after serving 15 years.

With Ernest Wallace wanted as an accessory after the fact in connection with the murder of Odin Lloyd, it appeared that he wasn’t one of the other two men allegedly in a car withAaron Hernandez  and Odin Lloyd in the moments before Lloyd’s death.  If, after all, Wallace were in the car and in turn with Hernandez when Lloyd was killed, Wallace also would be an accessory before the fact.

But Bristol County District Attorney Sam Sutter said Friday that he believes all three men in the car with Lloyd are now in custody.  The three men known to be in custody are Wallace, Hernandez, and Carlos Ortiz (pictured).

There’s still something odd happening.  When prosecutor Bill McCauley explained the facts at Wednesday’s arraignment, he listed things Hernandez allegedly said to Lloyd in the car, which helped show Hernandez’s motive to kill Lloyd.  With Hernandez not talking and Lloyd not available, this strongly suggested someone else in the car already was cooperating.

But Wallace was at large and Ortiz was arrested on Wednesday in Bristol, Connecticut.  It’s possible that Ortiz was arrested and interrogated before Hernandez’s arraignment and shared that information with police.  But that’s a lot to coordinate between North Attleboro, Massachusetts and Bristol.

There’s still a chance, then, that the fourth person in the car was arrested or turned himself in before Wednesday (and is, to make Sutter’s comment truthful, “in custody”), and that police are hoping to gloss over that fact in order to dissuade the media from realizing that there’s still one more person who has not been accounted for, and in turn trying to figure out who the guy is.

The fact that he drove the dude out there and shot him in the back... yeah, that's 1st degree murder.

If they have everyone that was in that car in custody yet they still know what gas station, what gum, and what was said, could there be ANY chance that Lloyd was wired/recording?

They gonna get him on obstructing justice no doubt. The question is how they tie him to the murder in terms of his role. Did he pull the trigger? Did he organize it? At this point its obvious one of his people is gonna roll over on him, so he's doing some tough years and never setting foot on NFL for the rest of his life

he isn't being charged with obstruction of justice. he's being charged with with first degree murder.  they'll get him on weapons charges for sure, because they have the ammo and other evidence, but not necessarily murder unless they can prove he orchestrated a hit or pulled the trigger himself.

depending how fast the trial moves and what sticks he could be a free man in a relatively "short" amount of time, depending on the sentences for the weapons charges.

lets just say if he were to get off or get a light sentence.   yes these are hypothetical situtations but if it were to happen, do you think any team would take a chance on him and disregard the potential public relations nightmare.

It would take video of him trying to stop the murder

Lets be real, he has 5 felony weapons charges against him as well. That is probably 3-5 year, maybe he can cut a nice plea deal on that, but its tough to bargain a plea deal if he wants to fight the murder charge.

There really seems to be way too much evidence to convince me that he is innocent here.

He was the one who told his boys to come up from CT, he was the one picking up the victim, he is the only one with a connection to the victim, he rented the cars, he destroyed the cameras. There is just too much for him to walk on this.

Seems like the DA already has a pretty strong case, his lawyers would need to work some hypnotism on a jury. You never know though, someone could mess up with the investigation and blow the whole thing.

You see that smug tough guy act that he's doing right now? That's because in his mind he thinks he's still going to get off. His lawyers will undoubtedly try to coach him to appear more contrite, well not necessarily contrite since that connotes guilt, but at least less cocky arrogant and smug...a jury and judge will put your a** away with that attitude. Not sure if he'll listen to his lawyers though.
