I dont know how he can beat the case.
Other high profile murder cases like Ray Lewis or OJ had a reasonable doubt.
There really isn't a reasonable doubt in the Aaron Hernandez case
Either he did it himself or knew who did and tried to cover it up.

Doesn't sound like he did it himself which is why I think he will not do all that time.
Sounds like he was the setup guy aka prop maker (shout out to the unions) as far as proving rentals etc etc. He will snitch on everyone he used to coordinate these events n prob throw in some lame extortion excuse as to why he did it.
Some drug lord was probably using dude like big U in LA uses athletes/entertainers (desean jackson, Drag-On, etc etc) to further his crip movement.
Stay tuned...
Even if thats what happened. Theres no way he gets under 5 years
Whole lot better than life my friend!
That nickel could easily turn into three.

You realize he doesn't need to be the trigger man to be convicted of 1st degree murder right?
Massachusetts has joint-venture statutes.
If he was present, aided/assisted/encouraged the crime, and knew the intent was to kill, that's joint venture. He's F'd.
Whats the least amount of time, you'd say he could possibly get?
I just guessed with 5 years
there's no florida murder. there's a florida (accidental) shooting but not murder. They have been mentioning the Florida murder for a few days. That's nothing new
Wot m8If they have everyone that was in that car in custody yet they still know what gas station, what gum, and what was said, could there be ANY chance that Lloyd was wired/recording?
he isn't being charged with obstruction of justice. he's being charged with with first degree murder. they'll get him on weapons charges for sure, because they have the ammo and other evidence, but not necessarily murder unless they can prove he orchestrated a hit or pulled the trigger himself. They gonna get him on obstructing justice no doubt. The question is how they tie him to the murder in terms of his role. Did he pull the trigger? Did he organize it? At this point its obvious one of his people is gonna roll over on him, so he's doing some tough years and never setting foot on NFL for the rest of his life
lets just say if he were to get off or get a light sentence. yes these are hypothetical situtations but if it were to happen, do you think any team would take a chance on him and disregard the potential public relations nightmare.
