New Report - Aaron Hernandez Molested as a Child - p. 167

His lawyer made me believe he should be out in bail :lol
But the damn D.A. Brought up major points to not grant him bail :lol

He should be out on bail, he can't go anywhere. He's not a risk, and he'd be on house arrest.

This isn't 1925, it's a new time.

He's still going to jail for the rest of his life when the trial is set and done tho.

I'm sure as hell glad I never was in a club with Hernandez...

at the very least, investigators believe Hernandez was present for a nightclub fight that led to two men being shot and killed.

In the early morning hours of July 16, 2012, according to investigators, a fight broke out at Cure nightclub in Boston. On one side, two men named Daniel Abreu and Safiro Furtado. On the other, a group that included Aaron Hernandez. Abreu and Furtado then left the club.

Abreu, who was driving, stopped at a traffic light on Shawmut Avenue, about to make a left onto Herald Street, when a silver or gray SUV with Rhode Island license plates pulled alongside the sedan. Someone from the SUV opened fire, killing Abreu, 29, and Furtado, 28. Authorities never found the SUV involved in the murders, and the killings went unsolved.

Guarantee he calls an audible and tries a hot route right out the back door. He knows he's going to the bing for football numbers, why not give an escape a whirl?

I feel real bad for D.J. though. Dude is the complete opposite of Aaron and a genuinely good dude. He did get busted last year for stealing plays from the opposing team though :lol

an accused murderer out on bail isn't a risk? man...

How would he be a risk?

He wouldn't be able to leave his house, he'd be on GPS house arrest, his passports taken from him, his guns are gone, and his phone likely to be monitored.

Give him bail so he can at least talk to his lawyers. He soukd be given that right.

If this was 1990 I wouldn't give him bail but technology these days - he can't move, even if he is at home.

bail denied, would have been out on 250,000

shouldve looked in ray ray's bail amount, which i believe was half a milli

His lawyers can visit him in Jail man... Hes not cut off from communication with his legal advisers just because hes not out on bail.

11:24 AM PT  --  The prosecutor just said they're seeking a life sentence for Hernandez without the possibility of parole ... huge
per the hearing ( tmz footage)

uh oh

ain't no rights being denied to him just because he's an accused murdered and in jail so why grant him the privilege of his creature comforts of his home while this plays out?

he don't need bail to talk to his lawyers. they got rooms for that where he is

He was living in fear and was paranoid.

Aaron Hernandez  was in constant fear that someone wanted him dead ... and that's why he stocked up on firearms ... sources close to the former New England Patriots  star tell TMZ.

We're told ... the stories about Aaron's connections to gang members in Connecticut are real -- because the 23-year-old had joined one back when he was a teenager.

Sources connected to Aaron tell us ... he had been trying to move away from the gangster life ever since he signed his fat $40 million contract with the Patriots back in 2012, but it's not as easy as it sounds.

In fact, we're told Aaron believed people in the gangster world felt Aaron owed them something ... but it wasn't all about money -- they wanted his time and respect.

Sources say ... in the months leading up to the death of Odin Lloyd, Hernandez became paranoid that people from his "old lifestyle" were trying to kill him. It's unclear if Aaron feared scorned friends ... or rivals.
