What an idiot.
He has "Blood" tattooed on his right hand. So you know this dude has been acting like he's part of that life.
You're from Bristol, CT, what were you thinking Aaron?
Acting? What would he have to do to go from acting to living it?
When was the last time YOU heard of somebody taking a murder charge for somebody........guns? yea drugs? Yep murder? Not a chance in hellLOLWUT
his best bet is one of those dudes taking the wrap for him, and him pleading down on all the other charges.
Just look up the #1 D lineman from Baltimore in 2005...Yup the fact that he was there and they got texts, cameras, etc he definitely gonna do some prison time,,right now his lwayers are working on how they can beat the murder charge and have him locked up for like 5 years instead of LifeI don't know what yall are talking about, you don't get off when you orchestrated the whole thing. Regardless if you pulled the trigger. and he was THERE
Similar thing happened to my homeboy i grew up with matter fact...he was an All American d lineman, ranked #1 and all that...him and a couple other dudes shot somebody in the head and he still in jail now
name?
He was charged with MURDER, not conspiracy.i hate to keep quoting myself (although i really don't) but even if they say he didn't pull the trigger, he was still there. it's reasonable to think he may have orchestrated the entire thing.
i'm fairly certain they'll be able to prove that "there was a joint plan among them, and the defendant joined in that plan".the fact that he was in the car with them and the car being in his name, him destroying his phone and security systems seems like they could claim he joined in on the conspiracy even if it wasn't him who pulled the trigger. and the last quote claims that he doesn't have to be found guilty of the murder to be found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder.
Regarding the drug angle, its clear these gentlemen are complete and utter morons. If they really were financing or part of some drug ring/conspiracy, you would assume there was similar evidence
To be clear: DA's saying #hernandez shot Lloyd three times right after Lloyd got out of the car. Then stood over him & put two in his chest.
