New Report - Aaron Hernandez Molested as a Child - p. 167

is there really smoke though?  There is nothing about these stories that has ever been validated.  Just quotes from "sources" that may no even exist
I think the smoke is people making up crazy stories on here and then quoting one another.  You can see the whole internet conspiracy generator machine in a nutshell in this thread

The mystery surrounding Aaron Hernandez’s final thoughts seems to grow by the day. The former New England Patriots tight end left the third of three suicide notes for his attorney, Jose Baez, not any alleged prison boyfriend, TMZ Sports reported Wednesday, citing sources. Multiple reports claim Hernandez left suicide notes for his fiancée and 4-year-old daughter, but the intended recipient of the third note is the subject of widespread speculation. Larry Army Jr., the lawyer for 22-year-old inmate Kyle Kennedy, told reporters Wednesday his client and Hernandez were “great friends” and spent a lot of time together in prison. Army also said Kennedy believes the third suicide note was for him, but the attorney refused to confirm or deny whether the inmates’ relationship was romantic.
NORTH ATTLEBORO (CBS) — An offer is reportedly on the table to buy Aaron Hernandez‘s home in North Attleboro.

The Boston Herald reports that the estate has received an offer for the 7,100-square-foot home, which has been on the market for over a year, but it expires Friday. The paper also says the ex-NFL star’s estate has no money left. The 15-room home was listed for just under $1.3 million.

My sister lives about a mile from the house. Says the neighborhood is pretty dope. It's in North Attelboro which is stupid cheap compared to Queens. It's basically the sticks out near Gillette Stadium.

I live about 2 miles from his flop house

Aaron Hernandez’s Fiancee Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez on Aaron Leaving Her With $0.00

Trust me Jenkins-Hernandez has some money, you will just never find it.

So, all the people who are or will Aaron Hernandez likely won’t get much, if anything from her directly.

Hernandez’s fiancée and her lawyer said in an affidavit filed Wednesday in probate court that Hernandez’s estate is currently worth “$0.00” with “no monies available and no identifiable personal assets.” The Boston Herald first reported on the affidavit.

But there is an offer to buy Hernandez’s house — worth nearly $1.3 million. The mother of a man Hernandez was convicted of killing in 2013 has filed a wrongful-death lawsuit seeking any proceeds from the sale. Odin Lloyd was a semi-professional football player who was dating the sister of Hernandez’s fiancée when he was fatally shot.

On Wednesday, the court approved a request by Hernandez’s fiancée, Shayanna Jenkins Hernandez, to expand her authority over the estate in order to sell the house. The pending sale price was not disclosed in court filings.

Jenkins Hernandez is seeking to preserve whatever she receives for the house to cover any damages awarded in the Lloyd case “and any potential future actions arising out of decedent’s death,” the court documents state.

Basically she will use the house to make sure they can’t come after whatever money she has hidden away which could be millions.

you right especially the ninja turtles action figures in the late 80's early 90's

Aaron Hernandez’s attorneys are arguing Hernandez should be deemed technically innocent because his case was never heard under the state’s automatic appeal process, a requirement for the conviction to be deemed official. Hernandez’s appellate attorneys filed the motion for abatement on April 20, one day after the former New England Patriots star was found dead in his prison cell after hanging himself with a bedsheet.

On Monday, prosecutor’s argued in a court filing that while all first-degree murder convictions in Massachusetts are allowed to be automatically appealed, not all defendants participate in that appeal, thus effectively waving their right. This is usually done by inaction on the behalf of the convicted.

By choosing to die – rather than dying from natural causes, accident or murder himself – Hernandez essentially did the same thing – he chose not to participate in the appeal. Thus, he shouldn’t be granted an abatement, the DA argued.

The motion was written by Patrick Bomberg, one of the assistant district attorney’s who prosecuted the 2013 murder of Lloyd.

Bomberg deemed Hernandez’s suicide “the result of his own conscious, deliberate and voluntary act” and cited suicide letters left by Hernandez in his cell – “notes evidencing his intention to kill himself.”

A hearing on this matter is schedule for May 9.
