New Report - Aaron Hernandez Molested as a Child - p. 167

Firing squad is what I would request, don't know why that was ruled C&U (I'm assuming that's why it isn't used)

Edit - I'm saying if I was the one being put down.

In Texas, there is a glass window into the lethal injection room where people can watch. Not sure exactly who is all allowed to view. Assuming just family.

Iircfamily of victims got to watch McVeigh die. Kind of twisted, not sure how I'd feel in that situation.

Hernandez was placed on suicide watch.

On a radio show I listen to, there was a correspondent who was shedding some light on the trial (she attended). She said the most interesting thing was that the prosecution didn't edit any of the surveillance videos of Hernandez in his house the day after the shooting. They played the WHOLE video. Hours of unedited footage. It showed Hernandez, Wallace, and Ortiz chillin' by his pool, playing with his daughter, etc. This is where the defense's story fell apart. The defense was hoping that by saying Hernandez was scared/confused at the crime scene and didn't shoot, the jurors wouldn't find him guilty. They also said Hernandez was worried for Lloyd after the killing. Well, by showing the hours of footage, not once did Hernandez appear to have a care in the world. If he was that worried abotu Lloyd, he would have gone back to the industrial park at some point the next day. Nah...this dude just carried on with his life like nothing happened. A true psycho.

The correspondent also said, which obviously came true, that you don't have to be found actually shooting the gun to be found guilty of murder. If you are plotting the murder, provide the gun, etc. you can be found guilty of 1st degree.

Hernandez was sloppy, his defense sucked, and this is why he's going to be behind bars for the rest of his life with no chance of parole.

He's only going to be in that prison by Gillette for a few weeks then he's being transported to a different jail. The correspondent said the jail he's going to is notoriously bad. He'll be confined to his cell for 23 hours of the day.

At this point, why wouldn't he just kill himself?

There wasn't much his defense could do besides say he wasn't there but there was circumstantial evidence that said the opposite

how could he?

How could he commit suicide?

i dunno ehat they do with suicide watch, but the punishment in jail will really mess u up.

This dude is gunna be runnin the prison with nothing to lose...

He gunna catch triple the bodies he alrdy has in the pen. watch
Same thing I was thinking. Dude is going to be a beast in prison running it.  He gonna catch some bodies in prison

Quick question since AH was found guilty of Murder in 1st degree jury essentially is saying he is/was the actual triggerman correct? If that is the case does that mean the other 2 dustheads will get a lesser charge/sentence?
They wont get much time. They so called got the trigger man, they dont need the other 2 anymore. Probably get 5-10 years. They had no evidence what so ever on them. They just jailed them because they knew they was with AH and hung charges over their head to get one to snitch but they all kept their mouths shut

He will probably be isolate mostly because of his profile, and given his 'past', there are proally lots of 'real' bangers inside the prison that will get him.  People gots to remember he's shot before, perhaps more than what's surfaced.

Yup. Intakes are processed at MCI Cedar Junction in Walpole. Then anyone convicted of 1st degree murder in MA automatically goes to Souza-Baranowski in Shirley, MA for the first couple years of their sentence.

But yeah it is pretty bad in there. A CO got stabbed in the neck a couple of years ago, a pedophile priest got stomped to death by a white supremacist. It's one of the most technologically advanced prisons in the country, but it's home to the worst of the worst, so things are still bound to happen.

I work in the system here in Mass.

This is the x-ray of the CO who got shanked

If AH didnt go to trial first, it would be him only get 5-10 years.
