New Report - Aaron Hernandez Molested as a Child - p. 167

^ Wow....but i guess no surprise.

Most of these are pretty textbook, and the judge actually has allowed quite a bit of evidence into the trial, but it is still staggering to see laid out how much of AH's history is not being allowed to be shown to jurors:

- The 2013 shooting of Alexander Bradley, after leaving a club, which Hernandez is being sued for.
- The 2012 double homicide in Boston, after leaving a club, which Hernandez has officially been indicted for.
- Odin Lloyd text messages to his sister minutes before his murder that said "U see who I'm with? NFL, just so you know."
- Photos obtained by TMZ of Hernandez posing with a gun officials believe is consistent with the gun used to murder Lloyd.
- Photo/video evidence taken from several phones and iPads seized at the Hernandez house.

I'm no legal expert can someone a lil more familiar share there take as to how this might play out?

seems to me to 50-50 he beats it

I think the odds are stacked against Hernandez beating this (if I was to bet), but if he does walk he then has this staring at him:

Trial for the 2012 Boston double homicide
Civil suit by families of the double homicide
Civil suit by family of Lloyd
Civil suit for the 2013 shooting of his friend Bradley

Props to jjs07 jjs07 and RyGuy45 RyGuy45 for keeping this thread up to date.

There is a 100% chance Hernandez is spending the rest of his life behind bars. Dude is a cold blooded killer :{

Son is the definition of a straight animal

Making a legit living making millions and you throw it all away for the thirst of blood

But a later image, captured less than an hour after Lloyd is murdered, shows Hernandez back home holding what sure looks like a gun. While at some point Hernandez realized he should be deleting text messages, he didn't get around to deleting all of the recording done by his own home security system, which he didn't turn off. Here's an image that was shown in court.
