Blacktops came in from eBay. Some moron at the authentication center damaged one of my shoes by accidentally slicing into a medial panel with I assume a box cutter due to the seller not having these in a shoe box, so I'll have to see if I can fix it somehow. At the very least, I did manage to get a partial refund from eBay. Besides that though, I love them!
I grew up watching WWE during the Ruthless Aggression Era and remembered seeing John Cena pumping his Omni Zones up right before an "F-U". Might be lame but I've been indulging my inner child with purchases I wished I could have made back then which is why I got these. I also have a pair of Dee Brown Omni Zone II's coming soon as well. Besides that, I'm eyeing a pair of Aztec Blacktops on ebay but spending $475+ on an unworn, 12 year old pair seems risky. Maybe one day they'll revisit this model and some of the others, but who knows? I know the Pump TZ's got a retro in 2022 or 2023 but that's about it.

Fingers crossed bro. If I ever catch wind of these or the Battleground II's coming back, I'm doubling for sure. From the old posts I saw about these, it seems they didn't sell too well in '14 but to be fair that was the peak of the hypebeast era. I feel like now with vintage streetwear and whatnot being popular they might sell better. Even if not, I'd love some new pairs regardless. These things will only be wearable for so long.

Busted em out for work today. Really thinking about grabbing a pair of the recent Pump TZ's. I'm still waiting on my Omni's but those are from 2017, which means they're also pretty old. Having a newer pair of pumps to beat up on would be nice.

Dee Browns landed today. I know the '25 release is much closer to the OG's but I'm still happy to own these. I paid a decent price IMO compared to what I'd have paid for the most recent release. Those are going for $300+ in my size, which is kinda wild given they somewhat sat for a while on the Reebok website until people found out they were available. All in all, I'm happy to cross this pair off the list of my childhood dream shoes.

Twilight Zones are in the HOUSE! Got these boys in from StockX today. Was my first time ever using the platform and it went smoothly. As for the shoes, they're great! They're tall as **** too, at least to me. They're collar to collar with my Battleground 3s. The pump actually seems like it works too but I'll avoid messing with it too much to keep it from crapping out. I dunno if these were a GR or limited when they dropped in '23, but the quality control, at least on my pair, is great!
