nah I don't have to lift I seen a dude when I went home pushin his monte on 4's no lift but that @#+## ain't wanna give me no info

prolly got skinnies, which i prefer u dont get too much to maintain, i didnt have a monte, all i know is my boy lifted his and it looked clean , i didnt liftthe charger for the 4's

new series tires.

oh well im in japan now no more chargers, or monte carlo's for a while

The only way to do it is to trim a lil' inside the fender wells, and get a 25-series tire...that's it. If you want a 30-series, you gotta get a lift.The main issue is gonna be your strut plate...may have to beat it in a lil more
