I feel you. many pics in this thread alone show horrible paint jobs. makes me question the whole "remastered" ******** even more since they claim to have been using more and more of their highest skilled workers since last year.... it's all a load of crap but all they had to do was throw out the word remastered and folks are anticipating it and praising it allover already, many idiots selling off their pairs already on youtube thinking they won't be worth anything when the "remastereds" start droppingI checked these out today, the first thing I noticed was the bad paint job. The suede is a plus. The paint job is super bad. My old man looked at them and laughed. They look like Payless on the yellow.

I'm not usually one to complain about the quality (or lack thereof) from JB, but yeah.. the paint on mine is pretty bad too. :\

I think the paintjob isn't that bad on every pair. I saw them in person yesterday in a local Footlocker and I must say this colorway is actually quite good.
I just don't feel to spend 170 bucks on them as I simply cannot buy too many shoes within a year.

Do you just paint over the Yellow.. or Strip the yellow off completely and reapply Red all on it's own?

stripping the paint off is the way to go...however painting over it will cover the yellow but it doesn't look good imo...and i own a few pairs of customs and each one was done by stripping the paint first before changing colors
