It's not bad at all. Everyone always complains when they first change it, but a month later, not all but most of the complaints are gone since everyonegets used to it.

That's what makes FB>MS.

Myspace profiles are a result of people who no web design experience. Heck, I even think the custom background images on Twitter are annoying.
