NETFLIX-Narcos '17- Season 3 trailer up

Ksteezy you're Colombian right? Is dude playing Pablo struggling with the Medellin/paisa accent? I always heard that it's a lot harder to pick up than the Spanish spoken in Bogota.

On a side note, it's crazy how far Colombia has come since the early 90s. I definitely want to visit one of these days, especially since it's only a 500-600 round trip from SF.

Yeah the paisa accent (Medellin) is pretty much the accent that represents Colombia, our dialect is awesome, our accent is beautiful, I'm not giving exaggerating bros, specially when the women speak it..

With that said, the actor playing Pablo, his accent is about the only drawback of the show, however the writers did an incredible job and the actor is really good at playing Pablo, sometimes he nails certain sentences, other times the struggle is real....but being Colombian and Paisa at that, I'm not offended or upset about his accent, because the show is AMAZING....seriously some of the best TV I've seen.

When poison said "Gonorrea" I was hyped....haven't heard that word since I was a kid back home...lmaoooo

Crazy I was living back in Medallo around the time Pablo peaked

I went from pacing myself to finishing the whole series....

SHOW IS DOPE.  Wanna see how they spin it for the next season

Maybe ep 5 shows more Carillo, he only gets a few scenes sometimes only 1 per ep.

You guys have talked about him like he's more of a major figure, does his role increase?

Edit: I just saw your post about the end of ep 5 steezy, pumped

Guys started this earlier today and I'm hooked. On episode 4. Reminds me of blow because of the way it's narrated but I really like it. The only thing I have an issue with is that Pablo doesn't have a Colombian accent but all the other characters do lol other than that it's good

netflix and chill?

Maybe they do an anthology? Would like more light shed on the Contras and Freeway Ricky Ross

Great storytelling here. Stories too amazing to be true, made more amazing by the fact that they were. I can't believe this is the first time done on a level like this.

I love how it mixes the narrative and documentary elements (like real mugshots and videos).

I've watched up to episode 5 so far with my dad. He lived through that whole era and most of those outlandish stories are real.

Carrillo just signed his deathwish

plata o plomo 8o

I went through ep 5 yesterday, I was a little let down at the ending of 5.

Don't get me wrong I liked it, but I was expecting something much different when a "Breaking Bad"
comparison arose.

I don't know if I got bored or just ran out of time, anyway, on to episode 6.
