NEED HELP NT!!!!! IVE BEEN SCAMMED!!!!!!!!!!!!

basically some @%@+*# on some forum site by the name of "kickrocker"
"sold" me some black laser 4's he posted up in the for sale section.

he basically sold me the kicks outside of NT, and ISS because he told me he had no idea what ISS is or NT was... he lied...

the forum we delt thru has no form of a feedback thing...

i found his username later on after on ISS

and hes been proven to be a liar... i got raped.

now lets back track...



i sent him the payment for the kicks the 15th of Febuary.

he said he couldnt send out the 16th (monday) of Febuary because it was presidents day or w.e

i texted him back (yes he gave me his number) the next day (tuesday) the 17th of Feb and he replied with a "confirmation" number (tracking)

heres the number he gave me:

0309 2047 0102 4855 5850

when i goto usps.com to track it, it says it doesnt exsist. its been saying that since tuesday, its now friday, and it still doesnt come up, and i still haventrecieved $+@*.

he said he sent out using priority mail.

i smell scam.

now im posting this +*%@%*% info.

and you guys can do w.e you want with it.

i also wanna know what i go about doing on paypal, to get my money back?

i tried seeting a claim but they didnt refund my money because they didnt find a problem or w.e

That should have been a red flag. They retailed for $150 when I was a junior in high school (4-5 years ago) and you paid 190? They go for aminimum of $300 on the bay.
