Yeah those are fake.
It has widow peaks, bad stitching, "TM" is too big, leather looks bad, Nike air tag is placed incorrectly, and size tag is not suppose to have a black border.
On the left shoe, does the black leather have a glitter effect to it around the swoosh when you shine your phones flash light on it? it might be dirt.
