Thats why you ALWAYS meet somewhere public, inside the mall or some other big store or **** id meet at your local PD if there was a big amount of money being exchanged.

i can't speak on that, but the raffles were a lot easier this year than they were last year, that's for sure. not sure if it is because of the release date change, noninterest, or some other reason
