Friend not the only one. Seen him at Fairfax High awhile back, and went to the UCLA runs this summer. He's far closer to 6'5 than to 6'3.

Ran into Dame too at the pyramid in LB. I'm like 6' and a half w/shoes, and Dame barely had me. Straight eyeballing it, 6'2 or close to it seems about right.

Russ's height is fascinating to me because I've never heard anyone say he's 6'3 and every PG in the league who's listed at 6'3 he looks considerably taller than.
