It’s going to be ironic but sweet justice when he opts into that $31.5M tying up golden states cap but not playing for them.
That would be a horrible investment on his part. He needs to cash out now while the injury and such is still a mystery as it pertains to recovery. One way or the other GS is in a bind

i feel like he stays in GS..i would imagine its tough to train and rehab for a year with an entirely new team and staff. would the knicks save their additional max slot for one more year and try their luck in the lottery again?

Most of us knew he was that nice by his senior year of hs
Lots of dudes are nice coming out of high school
Few times I saw him in college I didn't see anything spectacular
Especially in the tournament
Didn't see an all around game
Just a good shooter

He averaged 28 and 9 in his only 2 tournament games

Dude was 7ft with a great jumper and handles
28pts a game aint enough
Easily should have been averaging 35-38pts a game

Are yall forgetting about the KD at OKC that used to just go stand in the corner waiting for the ball?
The KD that didnt play any defense?
The KD that was a superstar on a team that gave up a 3-1 lead?
Thats the KD I saw at Texas
