Good to see Pierce is still in playing shape.

It was an incredibly easy path. The West has fallen off of a cliff and is composed of decent teams that don’t have the talent and basketball IQ to seriously compete for a title. You used to have multiple teams in the mix every year, now all you really have is an old Houston team who is poorly coached and a star player that plays iso ball and disappears late in games. People are overreacting, the Warriors wouldn’t play nearly as well if they had better, more competent competition. Their best competition was the 2016 Cavaliers, and they lost that series.

The West fell off a cliff, but the Rockets were supposed to beat the W’s. At the beginning of the playoffs, all you heard from many posters was how GS was vulnerable, especially after they lost Boogie and KD. Now it’s the West is weak? So let me guess the Eastern conference is stronger? Y’all buggin with the narrative changes

Dude really said the Warriors aint that good cause the West aint that good. Think about that for a sec and youll see how ridiculous that sounds.

They probably woudve went 12-0 if they were on the East bracket, but hey they aint that good cause the East aint that good right? :lol

I get that, but we have an excellent group of players in an extremely excellent system and this is the product. It's a very beautiful product and it's not a result of other teams playing like garbage, but a result of hard work and team play.

That’s the thing, they’re a very smart basketball team, and the imbeciles they’re playing aren’t even close in terms of basketball IQ to compete.

At this point we’re a dynasty type team and I welcome all the hate and narratives that come our way. It’s laughable to me when people talk about the West is depleted now had an easy path to the finals etc. Jordan had Pippen and depth that was unrivaled in the league. He was playing against vastly inferior teams throughout that whole run. Doesn’t take away what he accomplished though.

I’m so happy KD went down and that people finally getting to see Steph Curry and the boys cook again. The blasphemy was strong against him. He did what you want all players to do - sacrifice for the betterment of the team. Reminding everyone why he’s the engine behind an all time great squad. KD makes them a dynasty, Steph is what makes them special.

Dubs in 3.

I see we differ in views, I'm looking at it as this is one of smartest basketball teams in history, whereas it seems like you have the viewpoint of this being an era of teams being so dumb they cant figure it out after 5 years. I can only argue that the warriors play a beautiful style of basketball, when they actually play "their" way. Im I am biased, but not enough to say they cant be beaten. It's on the other teams to figure it out, but these warriors keep doing something to stay the course. That says a lot about this team.
