Yeah idk. The kidney problems could have played a part in it but I think there's definitely more to Francis looking like that. What I don't get is why there's still pics of him popping up at clubs and Hollywood type events. If you're Drake or some other famous dude meeting Francis for the first time and he comes up to you looking like that how do you even act?

My pops had a kidney failure almost 30 years ago and was on dialysis for nearly 25 years and he looks like your typical dude. Crazy what happened to francis. It's gotta be more

Same here man my dad has been on dialysis 10 years now and he looks like a regular dude. Don't know whats going on with franchise he looks like he's melting
