Offensive:
* Don't score more than 50% of your points in the paint (not including 2nd chance and fast break points)
* Don't shoot more than twenty 3 pointers in the game.
* Don't inbound pass the ball past the half-court line unless there's less than 5 seconds on the clock.
* Don't force fast-breaks. (only fast-breaking after steals and blocks and air-balls is permitted)
* No single player should average more than 20 shots per game.
* No single player should shoot more than 24 shots in a game. When this rule is broken, here are the consequences. 1st offense= I assume that player just had the game of his CAREER. No punishment. 2nd offense= I assume you are getting cheesy. You get the loss for that game and the first one too. 3rd offense= You will be removed from Extreme.
This way it can happen once, so you don't have to worry about going over accidently. But once you do, then you will be able to be cautious in the future without punishment.
Defensive:
* Don't shake the camera on FTs unless there's 2 minutes left in the game and you are the home team.
* Don't pause the game while your opponent's shooting FTs.
* Don't try to steal the inbounds pass after you score or from the sidelines.(if you do it accidentally, then give the ball back)
* Don't push your opponent into a back-court violation. If you do it accidentally then give the ball back.
* Don't play off ball defense.
* Don't pressure your opponent while bringing the ball up-court.
* Don't swipe at the ball continuously to get steals.
* Don't exploit the double team steal.
* Lock-On Defense. Limit your use of lock-on D to inside the 3pt line, stopping penetration or stopping a shooter on fire.
