I'm sayin' though.. My bestfriend's brother has a cellphone and he's only 6, his dad got it for him 'cause he's a deadbeat father. Hepays no attention to it whatsoever but he won't let his DS go.

It's called adapting people, the worlds getting uglier and cellies can come in handy for kids.

im 18 and still dont have a cell phone

im still on the fence about getting one.

im not too old but for me it was start of college. in hs, only a select few had phones..

gone are the days of just hanging out with friends roaming the woods or open space areas.. "bye mom, be back in a few hours".... self sufficiency wasat an all time high back then. now phone calls or texts made every minute

im contemplating gettin rid of a cell phone though. have any of you gone a week without one? it's pretty liberating

Man things have certainly changed.

I remember being around 13-14 and having a cellphone was a big deal..

Now days you have kids the same age, on Facebook etc.. 2 cellphones, iPods, iPhones its just amazing how quicker each generation adapts and technology reallystimulates this.

I watched my Russian sister who is 4 show me how to expand, delete, rotate and progress photos on her moms iphone %+$
