Wow. They really went out on a limb.
Safest choices imaginable.
Nothing insightful, even I could have made that article.

but think about they have to be. In this day and age you have to force me to buy a CD. You have to convince me that your product is so great thateven though I can get it for free I feel the need to pay for it. Music used to be easy. You do a couple demos/mixtape and you either a)got a street buzz orb)some executive fell in love with you (1 in a million). But now you got to be an established before youre even signed. Like I'm not even big on Drake butimagine someone in 2002/2003 with "Brand New", "Replacement Girl", "Man of the Year", 5 songs with 50 Cent (Lil Wayne, because atthe time 50 was the hottest rapper out) and still not be at least pushing 750K easy on Spring Bling, 106 all that +%%%. The game is f'd up and it's sadthat we're the ones messing it upOriginally Posted by haiti5

I'm glad someone recognized this. You realize how ridiculous it is that we're asking "could they blow up"? If everyone onlinewho listened to these guys bought a $12 CD, or DLed $5 worth of songs legitly, we wouldn't even need to be asking this question. It's like you guysaren't even planning to support them and depending on all the teenie boppers and suburban kids to carry the load for youOriginally Posted by ScottHallWithAPick

I have agree with you there. Its always this same group of folks.Seriously no one but the media is backing this fool Charles Hamilton. I'm notgonna say they are all trash but I'm not a fan of any of these dudes (though Wale did catch my ear with The Mixtape About Nothing).Originally Posted by haiti5
