What's good fam... I am taking a new job in the Salsbury area and trying to see what is up in the area. Let me know the spots to go and places to see... Also I will have a part time job at FinishLine in the mall on 13

Thanks

your close to ocean city... people in the eastern shore are different.. they don't like anything west of the bay bridge... shore billies

Salisbury is a college town as Salisbury U is there. Also UMES is about 30 min away although its more rural with NOTHING to do. I went there for undergrad so trust me when I say this.

Salisbury has a few bars, and a few clubs... Brew River, the Fountains, Mojos are the main ones. Then you have hole in the wall places that you may NOT want to go for safety reasons.

OC is about 30-25 min away so you can hang out there until the Summer ends, then its more of a ghost town.

PM me OP i can tell you other areas to go to also man as I have friends and family there

Man... this place is mad boring but the cost of living is stupid low so I am banking a little...

Cambridge, MD checking in. place is pretty boring, but it's my first job out of college so I needed something

I'm from Cambridge MD (Groove City) bro and I can assure you that there's nothing to do on that end which is why I made the dash back in 2001 but enjoy the slow country lifestyle.

Im from northern VA so its a huge change of pace for me. I dont see myself staying here for very long but its a stepping stone in my engineering career

Struck out for the Bel Airs at DTLR, first release I've missed in a while and I really wanted these too.

what day does DTLR hand out raffles?

but back to my original question..

can we compile a list of stores on the Eastern Shore?

I think it would be helpful for all of us, especially the newcomers like myself who aren't familiar with the area

There isnt that many on the Eastern Shore for dudes...I can only speak on What is in Salisbury

You have the Centre at Salisbury.... Journeys, Finish Line, Footlocker, DTLR, Legends, Shoe Dept (for the casual shoes), D1ck's Sporting Goods (cleats, etc)

Fashion :Macy's, Legends, Aeropostile, Hollister, AE, Zumiez, PacSun, Express, GAP closed due to nationwide downsizing...there arent any in PG County also

behind the Centre is VP Shoes (casual, atheltic, etc)

Further down Rt. 13 there is Rue 21, Famous Footwear, Old Navy, Ross, Marshalls, Best Buy, Bed, bath and Beyond, Target, Walmart, barnes and Noble,

Uptown Cheapskate is a consignment store... You may find some good deals there.

There are outlets in Queenstown in Queen Anne's County, that is about an hr away the Polo, CK, Gucci, Levis, etc there...There are some in Ocean City which is 30 minutes away but dont ahve that many good stores than Queenstown

The next shopping mall is in Dover (which isnt that much better if not worse) which is an hr away.. There is no Sales tax in DE OR you can go to Annapolis which has the upscale stores.

Im in Salisbury from time to time as my parents still live out there and I go check on them... for what the area has its ok, you have to remember that it is the only "major city" on the Shore other than Cambridge, Easton, and OC. Its the largest city... I mean I live in PG where the malls are TERRIBLE.
