I'd have to go with the scene in Rush Hour (the first one) when Jackie Chan is talking to Chris Tucker and he says something along the lines of "Ilike to talk, I like to let people talk, who like to talk...." , I don't remember the quote word for word but anyone who's seen the movie probablyknows what I'm talking about.
