This info may have changed my life. I never liked running but this sprinting 5x is right up my alley, it just seems more efficient and off course faster. I never jump rope but i may give it a try next week.

I have Spotify, but sometimes my girl is logged on and I can't use it. I need to just pony up and get the family plan.
I like how you can download for offline use with spotify. And we get hulu with it also now.

theres a dude at the gym who told me he only does 5 minutes of cardio a day after his sessions.
he would do a full out sprint for 30 seconds and then rest for 30 seconds 5 times.
i tried it and it was no joke.

I did this yesterday as long as I could go for.
When I was done I felt like it was one of the best workouts I've had in recent memory.

I'm definitely working that into my weekly routine.

Good Lord I'm feeling it now tho.

yeah it sounds like ******** till you actually do it... 5 minutes a day

just make sure you keep good form throughout when you are sprinting.
full sprints when you are gassed are an easy way to get an injury
don't overdo it

Once that is in your routine, move it to the hills. Grassy hills are best since the ground is softer vs. Concrete.

10 sprints up, jog down.
