Mitchell & Ness Jersey Authentication

Mitchell & Ness does use a very generic looking tag for their NFL jerseys.
You gotta check the stitching on the jersey to know if its authentic. Most replicas have a very thick rounded border for the most outer stitch layer that holds the numbers/letters to the jersey. Usually, not always but usually, the stitching should be flat to thr number and should actually have a triangler pattern to it. See pics below for an authentic...unfortunately I do not currently have pics of a fake to supply.
This is not the only way to tell and isn't 100 percent consistent across all jerseys but it is a solid test for 90 percent of replicas.

That border is looking a little thick...but at least the stitching isn't rounded. I personally wouldnt trust it but I'm not saying it is 100 percent fake.
Unfortunately retail stores dont sell high priced jerseys any longer so its not as simple as walkong into a store and viewing one. Mayve you could email M&N customer support and they might help? Just throwing darts and seeing what would stick.
