Also I find it funny that Saban thinks power rangers is popular because of him. It was popular because Sentai has been and still is awesome and there wasn't anything like it. All he did was bring it over to America.

These studios ask whoever owns publishing/masters what's the price for a single that they can use for promotion. They probably charge more for the more recent hit song and classics than they do for older hits.
