I believe it's from the March 2003 Issue with Gary Payton on the cover. I have the issue at home somewhere and I kept it for these images. I did awikipedia search and found the issue date.

The one with the J at the olympics. Was that taken from an actual photo or a painting? Cause I remember that dude that used to be on here that did thoseJordan oil paintings and that looks exactly like the one he did.
