THIS.
I don't like that one though. I like the one that comes in a jar.  It's lighter.

Ive heard of a lot of people that had success with Cetaphil.

I rock with this though:

Better make sure its not semen. Porn stars swear by it.

What is that black soap made of? Looks like horse *!&% in the pic above

Also, for those of you who use Cetaphil, do you have an initial period of getting even worse acne before it starts to help clear your skin? I started using it a few months ago and my acne got worse after a week, so I stopped.

quality diet without greasy overly-fatty foods. good exercise. something light, clean, and not overly drying like Cetaphil and/or the waters of Lake Minnetonka for cleansing. easy as that

Cetaphil. Havent had a acne breakout since i started using it.

I've been applying Cocoa Butter to the face during the day but I don't think that will suffice as a facial moisturizer anymore. Would I be able to safely satisfy two needs in acne-car and facial moisture by using one of those Cetaphil sunscreen type products without facing trouble due to my use of Panoxyl as well? Any suggestions would be appreciated

Man get an actual moisturizer for you face, cocoa butter is way to greasy for me.  Something cheap to try is Every Man Jack from target.  I am using cetaphil now and only exfoliate once a week.  I have extremely sensitive skin and it is what has worked best for me.  Also I think what made the most difference in clearing up my skin was using a good toner/astringent.  Witch Hazel like others have said is great.  Just be sure to apply a good moisturizer after.

Don't use this on my face, but use it as my body wash.  Seriously makes your balls tingle when you step out of the shower, great feeling after being outside sweating in the summer

My face is pretty clear for the most part, I get break outs here and there but nothing major. I might try that Cetaphil out to get 0 break outs

I use this moisturizer and Clean and Clear Morning Burst face cleanser. I don't think you're supposed to use regular hand/body lotion on your face.

Toner or astringent.  Cuts down on oil and closes up pores.  Check out Thayers witch hazel or try out some other things.  Currently I am using some Clinique for Men I got as a gift and it works pretty good.
And for the dude that asked if dudes using cetaphil were white or black, idk but I am white and I have oily sensitive skin.
