it isn't the liberals that think that. also its been an issue that has had alot of bipartisian support, especially now that CO and WA legalized.not a smoker but hope it gets serious consideration for people who can enjoy it in the sanctity of their own homes.

2 separate issues. An employer can still disallow certain behaviors or substances. Just because it is lawful doesn't mean employers have to allow it.
