It's not like a square foot of any material costs that much. I think it's really just how customized they are. How many different materials you use,how many different options, etc. And if it's high quality denim (like selvedge denim) then it's probably as expensive as high quality leather (or closeto it, anyway). If anybody has more details on the pricing, I'd be curious to know. Either way, with a base price of $800 (if that's true), they willforever be out of my price range unless I invent something revolutionary or win the lottery, lol.
