I’m gonna guess, white male ?What’s the shooter look like?
If he's middle eastern, remove everything but the last 4.-Shooter had mental health issues
-a good person who just made poor choices
-if everyone in the club had guns this would have never happened.
-it’s just the world we live in. Nothing could have been done.
-debate over semantics of the weapon
-thoughts and prayers
-wait 2 weeks
-repeat
They had a dad on CNN saying he was tracking his 22 year old's phone and it was located in the bar not moving
Father was also saying he was about to be a big brother with a baby girl on the way.
Bouncer at the door got shot. So there goes the "arm the problem" argument. Armed guards at schools. They'll be the first target on some sneak attack sh*t.
The solution is complex but the start is simple: declare this a public health emergency, initiate studies into how to curb it, hire professionals, and fund the research.yup. common sense tactics will thwart all of that crap people talk about how to curb the issue. if theres one armed guard protecting a building you want to take over, hit the guard first. problem solved.
its a complex problem because the only thing a shooter cant account for is a person shooting back. but im not for arming all people. i dont think everyone needs a gun because most people imo cant handle it. mentally and emotionally unstable people with a gun on their hip is the most dangerous person you can be around. theres no easy clearcut way to solve this problem.
but starting at the root is a good first step. access to the guns needs to be made 3 times as difficult. register the weapons. any negative marks against the psyche that are documented (ever been baker acted or hospitalized for a mental condition or episode) needs to be disqualified. its UGLY... but necessary. because for every single person who dies at the hands of someone who was mentally unfit, it couldve been prevented.
i cant tell u what to do or how to run your household.... but as for me and mine? that thang is on me. people are crazy and its getting worse by the day. ducking and hiding doesnt work too well when the only person with a gun is bent on killing everyone he sees. its an ugly, ugly... truth.
Amen to that. The only time I don’t carry mines on me is when I’m at church or on vacation. Better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it. If you stay ready you ain’t got to get ready.
new guy saying reports of a middle eastern man with a long beard
Let's see.... the shooter's name is David Ian Long....
Support the what??? Lol. I support the individuals I know not the entire group. So he used his military training to attack his own people? Nice country.
This. Finally they've confirmed that it was a white male. They want so very badly for the shooter to be middle eastern. It's sickening.
