This sounds like one of those rare cases where it may have been legit psychosis. Family came out and said he had heard voices at the two places where he opened fire.

Take it FWIW. For all we know they could be making excuses for him.

Doesn't change the narrative though. If I was a friend or family of the victims I would want accountability at every level.

I heard on news radio he has a sea doo, motorcycle; and his van registered. The van was found at a dock

Also he was reserve and never saw active duty, didn’t have that arms training etc. they had to put out a release clarifying that.
