Thought the same. They had everything set up for Sandow to be a breakout face, and they squandered the matches (matches?) with Miz in 2 weeks. No payoff at all. I thought he'd be able to truly shine in TNA, but from the stuff I saw, he just didn't have it. He not only did he get fat, but he was cutting the same anti-WWE"they held me down but now I'm free" promos they every former WWE guy had been doing forever. Dude flopped hard.

Sandow was very over at the 2016 Royal Rumble. Got a big pop for his entrance and they were chanting to the New Day's tune "HEY WE WANT SOME SANDOW!" during his match and he started laughing
