Males: what is the acceptable length you should trim/shave armpit hair

i shave it off during summer. other than that, i keep it stock

It is summertime.

So when I'm wearing basketball jerseys occasionally, or just a tshirt because its not 2003 anymore. Therefore the sleeves are much higher-cut, so the armpit hair does slide down past the sleeve from time to time

I shave it but I don't know anyone else irl that does. I thought I was that only one. Less odor. Doesn't look messy. Deoderant doesn't clump. And now I can make fart noises with it. Win

Im fairly brolic, I def don't shave my pits. I shave my upper arms so my tats look better, my lower arms aren't really hairy, and I leave my sweater vest chest hair alone.

I shaved it once and it was the most uncomfortable feeling ever
when the hair was growing back, it itched horribly. never shaved again. I'm not sure if its because I'm afro American
