I always wondered why everyone on NT was so angry all the time 
It's called gunnysacking. I learned that at 10 years old during my short stay in catholic school before getting pulled out for bringing liquor on a school trip. It involves the act of "storing up" grievances acquired in the course of a relationship, rather than resolve them when they first occurred. The word is based on the idea of using a gunny sack storing a number of items.
