MALAYSIA LOSES CONTACT WITH PLANE CARRYING 239

WSJ sources: U.S. officials investigating possibility missing airliner was diverted toward undisclosed location with transponder turned off

WSJ sources: US investigators pursuing theory that missing airliner was diverted "with the intention of using it later for another purpose"

Asinine theories they said

Honestly, the only reason why I actually thought a few days ago that hijack could be a possible outcome, was because of how everything went down. Communication and traces of the plane vanishing completely is pretty wild and unordinary to me.

I was expecting a BS explanation after a couple days . With every day that passes without any new news , it gets a little bit creepier .

now we have sattelite imagery experts, nautical professionals, oceanographers, covert ops specialists all posting in this thread!!!! i had no idea niketalk had this much brainpower!

not to mention the plane changing its route, as well as nobody finding anything for almost a week now...

honestly this whole story is so crazy, any explanation of all this will be equally crazy

that reddit dude was spot on; if the WSJ sources come thru as fact.

What a scary world we live in.

The engines’ onboard monitoring system is provided by their manufacturer, Rolls-Royce PLC, and it periodically sends bursts of data about engine health, operations and aircraft movements to facilities on the ground.

This story is a decoy to draw attention away from Russia invading Crimea and eventually seizing it.

U.S. investigators suspect that Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 stayed in the air for about four hours past the time it reached its last confirmed location, according to two people familiar with the details, raising the possibility that the plane could have flown on for hundreds of additional miles under conditions that remain murky.

Aviation investigators and national security officials believe the plane flew for a total of five hours, based on data automatically downloaded and sent to the ground from the Boeing Co. 777′s engines as part of a routine maintenance and monitoring program.

That raises a host of new questions and possibilities about what happened aboard the widebody jet carrying 239 people, which vanished from civilian air-traffic control radar over the weekend, about one hour into a flight to Beijing from Kuala Lumpur.

Six days after the mysterious disappearance prompted a massive international air and water search that so far hasn’t produced any results, the investigation appears to be broadening in scope.

U.S. counterterrorism officials are pursuing the possibility that a pilot or someone else on board the plane may have diverted it toward an undisclosed location after intentionally turning off the jetliner’s transponders to avoid radar detection, according to one person tracking the probe.

joint crashed in the sea. Hopefully it landed somewhere but it most likely crashed in the sea.

why were there no signals sent if it crashed though?
cause the ************ ain't send no signals.

where could it possibly land without being detected?
**** idk

it doesn't make sense to me how they'd be able to track the engine health, and not confirm it was crashed
they tracked it to a point.

Like I've been saying, Malaysian government is botching this whole search. Rolls Royce tracks the engine and are communicating with the search party.

Either the malaysians are incompetent or they don't want this thing to be found.
