Seems possible and likely someone did delete her vm. Just a note.- Steve made three calls to the victim day of the murder. First two used *67. Last one was at around 5pm and did not use *67. It went to her vm and lasted 13 sec. Or something similar. Could Steve had made the victim delete those vm right then? Maybe the one he had left that day when he used *67. Or is that theory, one with actual phone records less likely than say someone random guessed it? Or her ex from 4 years before killed her , then deleted them ? What do y'all think

We need more then multiple witnesses saying he did it? In court, sure. But I think we all can think objectively on our own, out side of a court of law. You want more proof that he abused ppl aside from MULTIPLE accusations from different people. But are completely ok with believing police framed them because they were there. And had motive. Ok

My favorite part was we keep hearing about evidence. The fat **** keeps saying we have so much evidence, you'll see all the evidence. Where the hell was the evidence? Is saying you have evidence, evidence?

Only his DNA on the key, not the owner's at all. No prints or anything on the car, just some random blood.

The blood clearly being tampered with.

The guy runs a junkyard and they crush cars on a weekly basis, maybe even daily. The guy wouldn't destroy the Rav 4? He would display it by the road so people can see?

The cop calls it in before it's found.

The deleted voice mails aren't of any concern.


Then watching the kid go through this was sick. Clearly he has a learning disability and he's slow. They coerce him into confessing after verbally beating that **** in his head for hours. He finally gives in and has no clue.

One detective tells him he wants to hug him and he'll be fine. Nothing will happen to him.

They have video of the guy telling him, you shot her in the head. You slashed her throat. Then he finally says he did it after being told.

The kid's first lawyer can't be that dumb, he has to be in on it. He's the worst ever.

Watching a young slow kid get taken advantage of like that is one of the sickest things I've ever seen.

I love that there wasn't any DNA in the house at all. House is filthy, you can't just clean up blood. No string from ropes left behind or marks on the bed or wall. There was no ****** evidence but a planted key.

The defensive attorney says there's nothing in that house, no DNA or blood. Kantz goes of course not, why would there be any of that in there? WAIT, THE DETECTIVES GOT THE KID TO SAY HE SLASHED HER THROAT IN THE ROOM AND ****** HER. There should be blood everywhere, sweat and jizz. Like come on son. Watching something this corrupt and stupid is offensive. I could keep typing more **** for hours but I'm done.

I wish they would investigate the judge. Seemed like he shot down every reasonable request and his closing statement was ridiculous. Accusing him to be this type of monster with zero evidence and a wrongful conviction under his record. Total miscarriage of justice.
