Looking for a Videographer with decent rates.

My dude GATES just won the Washington D.C. battle for the Crown contest at IBIZA this past Friday, and will be performing at the Budweiser Superfest concert this Friday.  We're looking to chronicle the event for a documentary.  So we're looking for a videographer in the MD\DC\VA area.
Anybody have a recomendation?
