This. I personally didn't take too kindly to Crowell on a personal level initially because he posted some graphic anti-cop image a season or two ago. But on a football stand point I think he'll be a good fit here.

Like I said earlier this AM, my guess is Crowell & Powell are the 1-2, and McGuire is the 3rd. Flowers will get play as well. Don't see Rawls making the team TBH.

Honestly unless the gym has a proper place to hit deadlifts, I dont mess with it

Just do flat, incline and decline bench press and squats with bar stuff

UNLESS you doing crossfit then you hittin deadlifts and clean and jerks

But clean and jerks > deadlifts
